I'm SW Palmer. I think about trust, power, and what it means to build AI that actually serves people. Most of the conversation around artificial intelligence is run by people with something to sell — a faster model, a cheaper workflow, a bigger market. I'm interested in the questions that get skipped over in that pitch: who decides what counts as "serving people," who's accountable when it doesn't, and what gets lost when care and trust get treated as features instead of foundations.
My work sits at the intersection of social care, trust, and artificial intelligence, and it's deliberately countercultural — closer to DIY than enterprise. I research at the intersection of social care, trust and artificial intelligence.
